I am president of Cooper Concrete Co., a family-owned ready-mix concrete business in Garland, Texas.  I have worked there full time since 1980.

I graduated from Texas A & M University with a B.S. degree in Wildlife and Fisheries Science and graduate work at the University of Texas at Dallas in Environmental Quality. Before joining Cooper Concrete full time, I worked at Philmont Scout Ranch as a backcountry staff member and Camp Constantin as nature director, program director, and camp director.

I am married with two children.  I enjoy reading, Scouting, hunting, fishing, computers, and spending time with my family.
